  • 8 slice crispbread

  • 1 pinch ground pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 sprig parsley

  • 8 piece radishes

  • 1 pinch sea salt

Method

  • Chop the parsley

    Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop.

    Wash and thinly slice the radishes.

  • Top the crispbread

    Spread cottage cheese on the crispbread and scatter the radishes on top.

    Sprinkle with parsley.
