Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tsp Baking powder

  • 250 g Berries (fresh)

  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil

  • 2 piece Eggs

  • 5 tbsp Honey

  • 125 ml Milk

  • 250 g Quark (20% fat)

  • 1 pinch Salt

  • 120 g Spelt flour (type 630)

Method

  • Prepare the dough

    Place the milk, eggs and honey in a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly.

    Then gradually stir in the remaining ingredients until you have a smooth batter.

  • 120 g Spelt flour (type 630), 2 piece Eggs, 1 heaped tsp Baking powder, 2 tbsp Honey, 1 pinch Salt, 125 ml Milk

  • Mix the berry quark

    Mash about half of the berries with a fork and mix with the quark and honey.

  • 250 g Berries (fresh), 250 g Quark (20% fat), 3 tbsp Honey

  • Fry the pancakes

    Fry the pancakes with the oil in a pan over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

  • Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil

  • Finishing touches

    Serve the pancakes with the quark topping and fresh berries.

    Optionally drizzle with more honey.
