
200 g butter
1 piece egg
30 g icing sugar
1 piece lemon (organic)
2 tsp rosemary (dried)
1 pinch salt
100 g sugar
0.5 piece vanilla pod
300 g wholemeal flour
Allow the butter to soften.
Wash the lemon in hot water then dry it and grate the zest. Keep the rest of the lemon in the fridge for future use.
Add the rosemary and lemon zest to the butter and mix well.

Separate the egg. Scrape out the seeds from the vanilla pod with the back of a knife.
Mix together the egg yolk, vanilla seeds and the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Add the prepared butter, knead into a smooth dough and refrigerate for approx. 2 hours.
Keep the egg white in the fridge for future use.

Roll out the dough thinly, cut out biscuits and carefully place them on the universal tray.
Start the “Sweet & spicy rosemary and lime biscuits” programme and follow the steps.
Once the BORA X BO has heated up, put the food in the middle of the oven.
Remove the baked biscuits from the oven, leave to cool down slightly then sprinkle with icing sugar.
