2 tsp Rosemary (dried and chopped)
300 g Wholemeal flour
200 g butter
1 units egg
30 g icing sugar
1 units organic lemon
1 pinch salt
100 g sugar
0.5 units vanilla pod
Allow the butter to melt.
Wash the lemon in hot water, dry it and grate the zest. Store the rest of the lemon in the refrigerator for other recipes.
Add the rosemary and lemon zest to the butter and mix well.

Separate the egg. Scrape out the pulp from the vanilla pod with the back of a knife.
Mix the egg yolk, vanilla pulp and the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Add the prepared butter, knead into a smooth dough and chill for approx. 2 hours.
Store the egg whites in the refrigerator for use in other recipes.
