  • 2 tsp Rosemary (dried and chopped)

  • 100 g Sugar

  • 300 g Wholemeal flour

  • 200 g butter

  • 1 piece egg

  • 30 g icing sugar

  • 1 piece organic lemon

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 0.5 piece vanilla pod

Method

  • Prepare the butter

    Allow the butter to melt.

     

    Wash the lemon in hot water, dry it and grate the zest. Store the rest of the lemon in the refrigerator for other recipes.

     

    Add the rosemary and lemon zest to the butter and mix well.

  • 200 g butter, 1 piece organic lemon, 2 tsp Rosemary (dried and chopped)

  • Prepare the dough

    Separate the egg. Scrape out the pulp from the vanilla pod with the back of a knife.

     

    Mix the egg yolk, vanilla pulp and the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

     

    Add the prepared butter, knead into a smooth dough and chill for approx. 2 hours.

     

    Store the egg whites in the refrigerator for use in other recipes.

  • Cut out the biscuits

    Roll out the dough thinly, cut out biscuits and carefully place them on the universal baking tray.

  • Start the automatic programme

  • Place food inside

    Once the BORA X BO has heated up, place the food in the centre.

  • Finishing touches

    Remove the finished biscuits, allow to cool slightly and dust with icing sugar.
