Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

  • 2 units eggs

  • 250 g fresh berries

  • 5 tbsp honey

  • 125 ml milk

  • 250 g quark (20% fat)

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 120 g type 630 spelt flour

Method

  • Prepare the batter

    Place the milk, eggs and honey in a mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly.

    Then gradually stir in the remaining ingredients until you have a smooth batter.

  • 120 g type 630 spelt flour, 2 units eggs, 1 heaped tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp honey, 1 pinch salt, 125 ml milk

  • Mix the berry quark

    Mash around half of the berries with a fork and mix with the quark and honey.

  • 250 g fresh berries, 250 g quark (20% fat), 3 tbsp honey

  • Fry the pancakes

    Fry the pancakes with the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

  • Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

  • Finishing touches

    Serve the pancakes with the quark topping and fresh berries.

    Drizzle with more honey if you wish.
